brumbers would describe him as a javelin talent.

and he does himself a disservice with his seam presentation. he's not going to swing it bowling like that.

Wonderful work by our bowlers - that really deserved at least a 50 run lead.

All jokes about how badly we're going to bat this innings are completely justified. 170 all out imo.

No swing on offer at all for the SL seamers so far. Not reading too much into though, I'm sure we'll find our own ways to get out.

kula on the money by and large though

wouldnt judge the lack of swing from these two. kula is line and length iirc and Eranga from the whole 2 overs ive seen him doesn't hold the ball in a way conducive to swing.

Herath gagf

Jesus ****ing Christ. Herath comes on and starts with a few pies, and McCullum somehow gets out to them.

oh come on

that better have been off the fielders helmet otherwise mccullum can gagf. what a useless ****, especiallly since the likes of watling and flynn bat all over the shop to suit the team.

if this **** wants to be an opener, he needs to start batting like one or we'll pick a less talented **** who actually wants to put the work in.

Turning square for Herath already, even with a new ball. Looks very slow turn though, not that that makes any difference to our batsmen's ability to get out to it.
