I get the feeling we're in for a rocky summer.
Pakistan will probably sweep us.

We should be able to beat Bangladesh but they might hang on for a draw or even pick up an upset win. Our bowlers are garbage when the ball isn't doing anything.

Pakistan are the No.1 Test nation now, aren't they? They might not fancy our spring weather in Chch especially, however.

Then it's only Australia and South Africa...

I know it's early days but I just have a feeling it's going to be a tough summer. Really only Boult and Williamson that appear to have any level of consistency or ability to find optimism about their games.

Some great bowling and it also looks like we're a bit caught in two minds of how to approach this pitch. It's looked a very un-indian surface so far.
I admit this stems from a belief that all of New Zealand is how it's portrayed in middle-earth, but this does seem like the sort of location that NZers would seem most comfortable in.

Latham has conversion issues, but he's still really good. plus, Wagner, if you pick him.

Is KW's captaincy secure or will we start looking elsewhere if we perform poorly at home?
I'm just asking...

We just seem to be going nowhere with Kane and he doesn't come off like a great leader or tactician either..
Nonsense even by your usual overreacting emo standards. He's been in the job 5 minutes. How long did it take for Fleming to become secure in his captaincy? Three or four years at least.
