Brings it up with a six. Well done young man, now for a few of those against teams that matter.

Marshall's going to get 100 too, isn't he?
Would have to be the worst player, statistically speaking, to score an ODI century if he does get there. Before this game his average was less than 10.

Its bad enough that he is involved in the record 1st wicket stand for NZ in ODIs.
Yeah, true. Mind you, the opposition in that game weren't very good either. Definitely a step up from Ireland but still quite poor.

Jeez Marshall is a shocker. He is on 85 off a hundred odd deliveries, up against the might of Irish bowlers - and he's still missing the ball.

Vincent and Fleming vs Zim?
Yeah, a shame Astle and Fleming's 192 vs Eng isnt still top.

Consectutive 6s. We have lift-off.

Indeed. Anybody that lets Lou Vincent score 172 is terrible. Aside from that good patch during the CB and Chappell-Hadlee, he was an incredibly poor ODI batsman.

66 balls left in the innings, say McCullum faces half of them. That's 33 balls to make 55 runs. Definitely not out of the question.
