**Official** New Zealand in England

Can see why that might be considered unfair now.
Yeah, absolutely insane shot. Not so much a "reverse sweep" as a "reverse lofted on-drive".

Colly goes as I type. Decent knock from the skipper; hopefully he's now turned the corner.

What the hell is going on with the short boundaries? Wet?
Yep, unless Chester le Street is a particularly big ground, the boundaries are ridiculous.

It's not good for the crowd either, being further removed from the action. That's something I really don't like about watching T20 at Lords - so much so I am not going this season. (and I really enjoy T20 ftr.)

McCullum to get out trying this new 'Left Handed Slog-For the Right Handed Batsman' shot.

I was just surprised he made such an error - they hardly look alike. Surely Marshall's hair should be visible from anywhere at the ground.

Unlike those at home he may have a little more to do than watch the game. Perhaps he was distracted or had been thinking about Taylor and his name came to mind first. However, he corrected himself immediately.

Now wait just a minute, a free-hit is only off a front foot no ball isn't it. That was an over the head no ball.

It was probably unreasonable of me to criticise, I apologise.

Although having said that he hasn't done much apart from heaping (well-deserved) praise on Pietersen, and there's actually no need to say who's doing the fielding every ball if you're not concentrating completely.

Is it just me or does Tim Southee's hair look like it's being held by some invisible headband?

It may sound crazy, but I'd rather have NZ chasing 300+ than 250.

Yeah, but we haven't really done it away from NZ. I hope we can, but not that confident.
