Yeah not sure why Flynn keeps getting picked as he has not even slightly convinced in ODIs.One Day Internationals
Daniel Flynn - 89 runs @ 14.83
Grant Elliott - 103 runs @ 51.50; 9 wickets @ 8.88 (3.28)
New Zealand Domestic One Day Cricket
Daniel Flynn - 853 runs @ 31.59; 6 wickets @ 46.50 (5.93)
Grant Elliott - 645 runs @ 49.61; 35 wickets @ 24.45 (4.95)
Why!?!?
I'm sure he'll hit a ton and win New Zealand the game now I've posted this, but the selection just makes no sense AFAIC.
That I was.if your taking it off cricinfo they have been messing it up.
Not suited to the position we're talking about though.I don't like Elliot or Flynn TBH. Fulton.... Fulton... Fulton...
If we want to play an over-the-hill all-rounder, then let's get Paddles out of retirement. He could hardly be worse.Styris also needs a decent knock. Getting frustrated with him.
Na Fulton could play 5 or 6 IMO.Not suited to the position we're talking about though.
I feel where The Big Jesse is concerned, you're better off making sure the short term is sorted before you think long term. What does the Heathster reckon about the future of young mr Ryder?
He wants to play.Apologies if is come across ignorant with this question, but Kiwis what really is Shane Bond's position?
Is that a not terribly confident message about the Big J?I feel where The Big Jesse is concerned, you're better off making sure the short term is sorted before you think long term.
He's obviously good enough. I still reckon he's the most talented Kiwi batsman since Martin Crowe; but he's a flake. Is that a not terribly confident message about the Big J?
Certainly a little bit strange, in my experience. He does seem to have this awful habit of scoring a few runs and as soon as someone gets out he throws his wicket away. His fitness is also a bit of a concern, yet despite the fact he's a big bastard he's still agile in the field and with the bat. A real weirdo
An unfortunate experience then?Certainly a little bit strange, in my experience.
No, not at all. I've met him a few times and he's just a little bit... eccentric. An unfortunate experience then?
