SA Vs NZ will be some WC final. Who's more unlucky? :p
Tie under the D/L/S system with no super over due to rain. Count back is based on number of singles scored, which turns out to be even. The Cup is awarded to Australia due to the little known rule where the cup winner will be the first side alphabetically if all other tie breakers are even.

Will fail to qualify as World Cups will be reduced to 5 team tournaments to truly reflect the global nature of the competition.
Don't forget that the tournament format will be changed to have each team play India 3 times, and every other team to play Australia and England twice.

Wagner's now leapfrogged Rabada to #2 in the rankings. Another straw for NZ fans to clutch on to.

Great from Wagner. Really shows how you can fight your way to the top despite being mediocre. He truly is the quintessential kiwi, far greater than the sum of his parts.

Of course the tournament will be hosted in Africa but all games involving India and the finals will of course be played in India.

Is it just me, or has Smith stopped being awesome since Labuschagne showed up?
Has been extensively documented and proven. He's tried to pretend he's not affected by Labuschagne being a bigger cricket nerd by giving him Test Match Cricket (the game) for secret santa but the way he decided he had to hit Santner for six after Marnus did says it all.

It was very well known that Blundell was great on the pull before this innings, so while it's been his standout shot it hasn't surprised me in the slightest. I've been taken aback a bit by some his straight play on the front stool though; I didn't think he had it in him.
Just a little video regarding this post, it is noticeable how when the slightly more galumphing Southland sleepiness comes into the attack, Blundell's timing on his front-foot shots deteriorates markedly. :p The South African pep of Travis Muller had a good first ball to him, but pretty good timing throughout this knock against him.

Yes it's a shame the Siddons era coincided with Ryder's batting taking a turn into facetious nihilism. I suppose that is the weakness of Australian cricket people generally though; if someone's got a big facetious gag going, none of them ever want to be the Serious Sally who brings the house in order.

Should've trusted his gut and picked PowerPapps.

One of the greatest pleasures in my life was watching Michael Papps and Luke Woodcock opening the batting live.

I considered giving up cricket after an hour of watching the ordeal.
