I was thinking of making a Santner fan boy post when he hit the six but decided to see how he handled the few balls after before doing it. Probably the first sign of weakness with his temperament.

Important thing here is that Aust will bat a full session in daylight and if they don't bat like morons,they should get half of the runs and the ball would be reasonably old when the lights come on. Pretty big difference

It happens. Lyon's a canny bowler too. Was poor from Santa but he was pretty good up until then. Chalk it down to a learning experience.

True. I remember Hughes went 89 to 101 in Durban with two huge sixes off Harris and it was one of the best things ever.

It's very much something a player should of learnt in first-class cricket. Oh thats right...
