Well played Aus. 2-0 scoreline a bit generous but not yiyr fault NZ were slow off the blocks in the 1st and blinked too often in the 3rd. Also overcoming the loss of Starc and the pressure of having to chase.

Kudos to the D/N concept as well. Enjoyed it thoroughly.

Nah, it really did. Appearance of it being a poor decision are ratcheted up when you see he was looking at a different replay for the LBW and raises question whether the RTS was even on the right delivery. The ABC commentators, the Channel 9 commentators all acknowledge it was a poor decision.

The tactics afterwards though meant it became a match changing let-off.

If Aussie has cruised to a 7 wicket win today we could have looked back and said that the mistake didn't really affect the result of the game. But now we can't.

Surely Williamson is a better second spinner option than either Santa/Craig(i dunno which one of them is meant to better lol). NZ need another specalist batsman IMO since McCullum barely seems to bat like one


Also it'll be lame if Usman doesn't walk straight back in to the side. He deserves to

We messed up a lot in this series.

McCullum was terrible with bat and his captaincy.

I'd like to see him handover the captaincy to KW and replace Guptill as opener.

Craig can go back to playing club cricket.

Anyway, this test pissed me off a bit because of the way NZ constantly flirted with getting ahead only to fail. But it was a great, compelling game. It started at 3:30am for me, which is about as bad as it gets, but I still saw all bar one session of the test, which says a lot.

Makes me very optimistic about the future of test cricket. Not that I was particularly pessimistic about it before hand, but it's still great to see.
