One thing I will note though - Clarke is very, very good at starting again after being overnight too (given how often he gets out late in the day, probably a good thing too)

Hmm, not bad. He does have an excellent conversion rate, but obviously his average isn't in ATG category yet.
He's in 23rd place from the top 50.

It's probably an era where centuries are scored more frequently though with Tendulkar, Ponting, Kallis, Jayawardene, Sangakkara, Younis Khan, Smith, Cook, Pietersen and Mohammed Yousuf if you include him all ahead of Clarke.

Yeah that's what I was thinking about him being a bit low.

Think I can definitively say the Ryder dropped catch was the turning point when Australia won the match now. Up to that moment we had been holding on and competing, even though we were a little behind. Afterwards, it was all Australia. Not that Ryder's was the only mistake obviously.

Nice looking scorecard we have going there...fair few contributions and a big hundred. Would love that big hundred to come from the top 3/4 next time though.
