Don't know the best place to put this, but the year 7-8 NZ Cup for Intermediate kids won't be played next year due to covid. Real shame, but probably too hard to organise especially as vaccination isn't done for under 12s yet.

It is also usually a chance for Intermediate schools to shine before the traditional cricket schools attract all the cricket talent when kids move to high schools.

That was a good game yesterday, Chu turning out to be man of crisis for Otago often. The kid has come along quite nicely. Broomy still going strong, he's looking better and better with each year.
