Agree on JohnstonLonsdale probably still has back injury?
Tim Johnston definitely worth investing in. Hope he is 14th for canty or drafted by one of the others. Not many finger spinners around the traps at the moment.
A few promising spinners in the U19s based on very brief glimpse in kippax's videos.
Yeah Quinn, Ferguson, Grobbelaar and Friday making our massive city's first 13, meek from Auckland tbh. A pity Small will never have the McClenaghan spirit to be an Aucklander. A fully fit Small based on Perham's pitches would be really ideal.Matt Quinn to induce rage from Auckland fans.

Nothing wrong with them having a go with Ferguson and Friday tbf. Ferguson may be a back injury waiting to happen but he's got some nice raw tools to work with and Friday was getting good reviews from outside of Wellington as well as inside. Quinn and Grobbelaar are a meh though. But tbf Grobbelaar's specialist 125kph yorkers were very useful for Auckland last year in the HRV cup.Yeah Quinn, Ferguson, Grobbelaar and Friday making our massive city's first 13, meek from Auckland tbh. Ferguson just too raw for me, lock him in to average 50+ imo. I worked hard on the editing in this one for sure -Nothing wrong with them having a go with Ferguson and Friday tbf. I take it you didn't really mean as in just his action but anyway -Is there any more recent updates on how Verma is looking?
Hakaraia missed out on first 13, has quite a few people to battle it out with for the last spot, he might be better off going to ND to full that void in the middle order, especially as it is likely that Munros involvment in with NZ will be quite limited imoSo I guess we shall see...

The Major Associations have until August 9 to complete their list of 14 players. Wellington, and most of the others, announced 13 yesterday and Kerr indicated that the final Firebird would be a local quick bowler, possibly Iain McPeake.
