Jokic shooting poorly but thankfully for Denver, KD is taking all the shots for the Suns and shooting worse which has kept the game even.

Booker has 19 points on just 8 shots in the first half at 62/50/100.

If Denver lose this series from 2-0 to a team with 2 players.....

Yeah, once he missed a bunch of shots, he stopped leading the offence too, just like he usually does.

He doesn’t have the #1 no-hiding mentality to go hard and keep shooting when 18 points down in the 4th quarter when you are 2/11 on 3. Other volume shooters who are #1s like Steph or Luka or even Trae (obv Booker is better overall) will, if anything go harder even if it makes them look on the sheet like the main culprit if they lose. This dude will start shooting right before garbage time to stat pad a couple of easy baskets.

Last year in game 7 with this Mavs, with his team bleeding, this dude who is supposed to lead the offence takes 7 (0/7) shots in the first half and just stopped shooting or running the ball up 5 min into the game. Dude invoked Shaggy and went into hiding singing it wasn’t me after talking **** for the entire series.

Also, every time I see Perk on TV he comes off as an even bigger jackass. Genuinely liked him as a player but this is poles apart.

Luka with his 4th All-NBA 1st team selection in his first 5 years. Only Kareem, Bird, Jordan and Duncan have done that since 1970. All the others won at least 1 MVP in those 5 years with the everyone apart from Jordan also winning Finals MVP. Kareem won ROY, 3 MVPs, 2 scoring titles and 1 finals MVP in his first 5 years.

Tbf, everyone apart from Jordan on that list came to the NBA after a full college education and were much older than Luka when he entered.

Warriors and Knicks save their skins. Warriors outpaced the Lakers, who will be hoping AD hasn't got concussion. James still scoring well but he's definitely playing at a slowed down pace.
