*Official* Match#7- England vs Bangladesh

Shakib taking Masrafe stupidity lessons by putting England in on a lifeless wicket. What thought went on this? At least he's finally broken the partnership.

A maiden over here could get the run rate down a touch over 6 and then if the next one goes for 3 it will be exactly 6 and then who knows what will be possible from there.

Indian thing. Pronunciation of V and W is very regional there.
When I was in a junior basketball team a couple of years after moving here, the coach had us learning something called a "V-Cut" where you sprint in a hard V-shape from the three point line to lose your defender.

He goes to me, "what do you have to do when when you want the ball?" I'm like "you do a wee-cut". He's like "did you just say wee-cut?" I'm like "Yeah..." And then he tried to get me to say "vee cut" and I said "wee-cut" again. And that was the moment I realised that Australians don't know how to pronounce the letter wee.

Run rate drying up, clearly in a great position, but with NRR issues, need to keep being aggressive.
