I really want Bangladesh to win, but it's soured a bit by being a dead rubber for SA.
It is slow and low. Not a road by any means. It was funny to hear Athar Ali khan cribbing about the wicket on commentary. Apparently he wanted a slow and low wicket. This is a WC match, FFS.
This South African attack isn't good enough for it to be 250 game over tbh. 300? Yeah. They have no plan B. South Africa knew it would be 40 overs of spin and have played it well so far. Target the quicks and just take it easy against the spinners, lay down 250+, game over.
Don't think it is like Chittagong. Still a decent wicket. The start would definitely take SA to more than 250 i presume. It is slow and low. Not a road by any means.
don't think there's anything wrong with that, he obviously wants a Bangladesh win, and a slow and low wicket is the best way for thatIt was funny to hear Athar Ali khan cribbing about the wicket on commentary. Apparently he wanted a slow and low wicket. This is a WC match, FFS.
It is given the conditions and who they are playing. Also Botha should like the Bangla Boys plethora of lefties. This South African attack isn't good enough for it to be 250 game over tbh. 300? Yeah.
If Steyn and Morkel were playing I'd agree with you entirely but South Africa's strength is spinners here and Bangladesh will back themselves a bit against them.
yes!! game on!!this is pretty dire from Bangladesh so far, no intensity, their body language seems to say they think it's over for them, need a wicket then another one, then another one
