Willey England make it? Doesn't look like it
should be fined, Willey out and all that....

BIG question is will the captain put an over of 5th bowler allocation on the other end or try and finish England off? Surely can't risk having to give Head an over at the end of the innings, a death over which might well result in his if they lose

I'd have promoted Wood. He can slap it around for a swift 50.
to be fair before kick off he was the highest scorer of England's 4-11 and still only Stokes has bested his effort, even if that effort was when England were so dead and buried the funeral may as well have been held two weeks' previous

on a plus note can I just say, regardless of result, and not just because it will be a relatively if not close finish, this has been one of the best games in the tournament

swung one way then the other, then back and forth again, and whilst England may still lose well short at least it has gone to the last 10-15 overs and may yet be a twist and turn as aussies have to find two overs from somewhere it they don't bowl England out by 48th..........

Not over yet with the dangerman Wood still in the sheds.

They don't want to leave too much up to him though.

This is in danger of becoming a close game.
have been a FEW, emphasis on few

England probably deserve most credit, generally crap bowling attack and batting that has struggled and looks great 7-11 on paper but has rarely produced, three times out for under 200 says a lot in six previous games

around 12 an over, two a ball if you prefer, even a top order batsman with runs in the bank would be risking his wicket a lot to keep that rate going

and some talked earlier as if England could just plod along, preserve wickets and slog to the finish line. that script should have been binned early
