Kind of. While a rained out match seals Pakistan's spot in the quarters, it also means there's no chance for them to top their group. The best they can get from here is a number three spot (and they'll have to beat Australia for that).

Maybe because Pakistan aren't great chasers? That could be the only thing, otherwise there is no excuse for batting first in those conditions.
