Seems to have been restrictive stuff from Ireland, if they can get Pollard soon they could hold them to 250-260.

Why has Dockrell only bowled 3 overs? Did he get injured?

The thinking seems to be that this is a seamer's pitch. Kind of makes you wonder why Miller was selected.

Russell is playing mroe sensibly, getting the single, so that Pollard can get on with the job.

Pretty flat. Dunno; need one of their bankers to fire.

Consecutive maximiums from Pollard off KoB and a single to keep the strike.

& goes first over of the penultimate! Holes out at long off. Huge wicket. Could've saved 20 runs there.

That's a much better ball. Shame Pollard couldn't get his ton, but he's probably taken the game away from Ireland.

Pollard ruined what would have probably been a real interesting game :( Not saying that Ireland still don't have a chance though.

Yes, this pitch does favour batting more than bowling, but it's not that easy a batting track....

The ball isn't coming on to the bat that easily, so bowlers without a helluva lot of pace are hard to get away. Except if you're Kieron Pollard or Kevin O'Brien.
