True, but you have to consider the fact that Razzaq has to finish the rest of his overs with a slightly older ball and won't be as effective whereas Rehman could come in the 2nd powerplay and still keep things tight

Razzaq has'nt been used a 10 over per innings bowler in this tournament.Infact,he hasnt finished his overs in any match.I think he'll divide overs with Hafeez,whereas Gul,Afridi,Shoaib and Rehman bowl 10 each.

Is it possible than How is asked to bat this way?You know,a Misbah like innings where you start slow,and then explode at the end.

The 2nd part of that plan isn't working for How,if that is the plan to begin with.
