Bam.

Quick takes a wicket :O
Ravi gonesville; played around a straight one, really.

Worth the review, but always a forlorn hope.

Just on the run outs with the bat bouncing up, I think Nasser is unaware the rule has been changed to say batsman can't now be run out if the bat is initially grounded without the wicket being broken and then comes up on impact.
Indeed, or Sameraweera would've been out yesterday on one.

Morne has been superb in ODI cricket for some time now. Doesn't go for more than 3 an over very often in the last 10-15 ODI's.

Its important that they reach 200 somehow. The pitch doesn't look like a 240 one. England has to bowl out of their skins. Maybe start with a spinner and just bowl bloody straight.

Sigh. I was never expecting England to win, but, is it too much to ask to make a game of it?

Speaks well for the whole tournament really.

In more positive talk, it's becoming increasingly hard to spot a flaw in this South Africa side.

Swann will have to pull some of the deliveries he bowled to Pakistan out - and quite a few of them too - if England are to have a chance in this.

SA are a brilliant bowling side. However their middle order hasn't been tested yet. If that comes out right, they are head and shoulders above anyone as favorites.

This is the first SA game of this WC I've been able to watch and the first time I've seen Tahir bowl.

Prefer van Wyk keeping; it strengthens both the batting and fielding.

Tsotsobe has been unlucky not to get a game.

The pitiful inadequacy of Yardy as an international batsman is quite painful to behold. 3 from 15? That's just so fail.

Bloody hell, we might as well clone Swann and play 11 of him given that hes the only world class player in this england side.
