Wasn't able to watch last night, wondered if we were in a little trouble when Bangladesh recovered to 245 and we started slow with the bat, nice to have actual good batsmen.

Most players have had a good hit-out by now except Chapman and to a lesser extent Phillips. Good to see Ferguson take wickets - WAG.

Lockie a little down on pace still but that short ball bowling was FLYING through with good direction. Got the results this time. He'll likely get quicker, and better.

Yeah there's always a little randomness with someone bowling at Ferguson's pace - a lot of batsmen will get bat on ball, be rushed and not quite in control, but the ball still shoots to the boundary. Last night some of those found the fielder instead, which doesn't feel like has happened as much for Ferguson in recent history.

I think Shakib and Bangladesh management panicked after the England game and changed their batting order. Yesterday pretty much showed why Shakib should be batting at 3 or 4 he had to come in before the collapse happened his the most suited and skilled in the team to take on the new ball and tougher conditions.

He started slow but had a good partnership with Rahim .there just wasn’t enough batting left once that partnership broke

Clinical stuff from NZ and really enjoyed Lockie’s return to form at the bowling crease, hope he can sustain this. The Williamson injury really is a downer though, hopefully it’s a minor thing which puts him out of the Afghanistan game at most. Thought he captained beautifully and did a good job of playing himself into form with the bat (chasing just 245 helped). Otherwise it may well be curtains for him at the tournament.
