*Official* Match #10 — Australia Vs South Africa Oct 12th, Lucknow

Can the Aussies afford to lose their first 2 matches? Certainly a tough start to the tournament.

Sounds like the only selection question is Green or Stoinis (can't believe Carey is still getting picked). For SA it's whether they go the extra spinner for Coetzee.

Highest score at this ground in 4 ODI's is 253, although pitch is probably better now after some improvements.

Definitely a danger game for the Aussies it’s pretty evenly matched I’d say. The Aussies don’t usually come into world cups on the back of injuries and uncertainty of their starting team

Lucknow vs SA and chennai vs india is just about the worst way we could have started this tournament with agar missing out. We need to win this game and figure out the middle order or things are gonna get dire. Maxwell at 5 isn't gonna work and the guys we have to replace green and carey aren't much better (although i'de atleast back inglis to perform better than carey has).

Whatever it takes!!!
Think within the confines of whom they have available, Stoinis for Green would be a good swap for Australia. Stoinis plays for Lucknow in the IPL as well. Him batting at 5 would also help them move Maxwell back to 7 where he can be more dangerous.

Carey is still playing predominantly cause he's left handed. Stoin for Green probably a goer as well, only because Green would absolutely be gassed after playing so much cricket this year alone.

For our Indian posters, is this wicket going to be anywhere near as dry and abrasive as the wicket in Chennai?

Stoinis has been averaging 20 odd with the bat in odi for ages. He's not going to make this lineup better.

Massive game for the Aussies - if they lose its a long way back.

Head's injury is really hurting them - the side looks a bit unbalanced with Maxwell at 5. Head opening with Warner with Marsh at 5 and suddenly it looks a really powerful batting line up.

SA are on fire after their 1st match. The batting looks so powerful and good bowling options as well.

Should be a cracker.

This is another spin friendly pitch but Australia don't have quality spinner . Sangha should have selected instead of any fast bowling allrounder .
You're playing a world Cup in India with Alone spinner is mind blowing.
