Ab is nearly 37 and still as good as ever. He could definitely still be playing international cricket if he wanted to.
Yeah I don't think anyone would dispute that. Would still be one of the top 2 or 3 white-ball batsmen in the world.

Just a parting thought on AB last evening: on a sluggish pitch, where the finest ODI batsman in the world scratched around at a run-a-ball and was reduced to pumping himself up for the only boundary of his innings, little more than a semi-intentional squirt past short third man, AB bent the conditions to his will.

About time Sam Curran was promoted to open. Might be too little too late for CSK this season, but at least it's some kind of proactive move.

Rashid is the ideal T20 bowler isn't he? Might not be as effective in Tests, but his snap and pace are just perfect for this format.
