Both have been very incorrect decisions. Sarfraz is better than Baby, and on his day Gayle is better than anyone. Also, making Rahul keep when AB is in the team has been a bad decision. Kohli's bowling changes haven't really been top-notch either.

Overall, Kohli's captaincy has been bad in this IPL.

IPL is the most lucrative competition for cricketers (and the most popular league) in the world. Get over it.

Note: I know the feeling. I feel the same way when EPL news is in Indian Newspapers.

Ab doesn't want to keep anymore, so likely wasn't an option. Having said that surely they could find someone better then rahul he has been shocking.

Sarfraz has been lazy and unfit and not worth his place as a fielder. Fair enough to bin him on those grounds and his batting can be found out easily as we have already seen in the earlier games. Gayle is a tougher question coz I can understand if they had both Starc and Badree, then you can play them plus AB and Twatto as your overseas players. But then again, AB wont keep and Jadhav is not very good at anything. So better go for the guy who can at least get you the runs and the start. I am fine with his captaincy to be honest. But yeah, tactically, on the field, he still has miles to go. I would rather have Nohit take over the LO captaincy after MSD than Virat, tbh.

meh looking forward to the Big Bash again this year. IPL is just too easy for our Australian players.

What a T20 top 6 batting line up you could have with these 2 sides- Rohit-Kohli-AB-Watson-Pollard-Buttler. Don't think AB should have held on to the catch to get Rayudu as he was having a mare, couldn't even get over a run a ball despite being there for 14 overs and chewing up 44 balls (I know he's been good most games). I just want to see it done 1 time but I guess its too risky in case the batsman finds form and makes them look silly
