CARN BANGALORE!

Kumble should leave Praveen Kumar to the death, where he bowled brilliantly vs. Chennai. He didn't bowl a good over with the new ball, so they should utilise him at the death, and bowl van der Merve and Kallis now.

Problem with Deccan chargers is that they depend heavily on Gilchrist. Gibbs is a huge risk and Sharma is not Gilly. Symonds is the only reliable nut for them.

This has a real AFL grand final feel to it in that there are lot of nervous players. Those shots from Suman were really quite itstl.
Yep!

What a difference it makes when you have one day to perform, and that's all you've got (World Cup finals (both cricket and football), Champions League final, AFL Grand final, and now IPL Final).

That assurance of being able to come back another day and have make up for any errors is gone.

As Duffer said, you've gotta be clutch. If you choke you can cost your team the championship.

So what if Rohit is not Gilly? Rohit has been superb in both the 2008 IPL and 2009 IPL.

They still have plenty of batting. Gibbs, Rohit and Symonds can win them the game for sure. And really, Rao can bat, it just depends where they want to bat him. If its at the death it'll be stupid.

And now Dravid drops a sitter! Even the experienced heads are letting it get to them.

Rohit has had an average tournament. He was good to start with, but flopped in the middle even though came good in the last 3 games. He is still better when chasing than batting blind. Agreed, he can change a match. They all can, cant they?

****!

That bastard Symonds too :(

Rahul would swallow those 99 times out of 100 :( Even though he hasn't been as good as he used to be, that's still a sitter!

Cricket, Lovely Cricket
Symonds! He is looking in good touch. :D Watch him punish the Challengers for the miss.
