With each passing season, he is making a case for him tougher and tougher...... Bravo is at 9 and Gayle at 10, don't think can have Dhoni over either really.

Wow.... Since you didn't had Dhoni in your top 10 batsman, do you rate his captaincy so much that you feel it's enough to make a batsman outside Top 10 the Greatest Ever??

Also yes, I rate his captaincy really high in the IPL. The MI scouting and auction strategies have been great and are the reason for their success.
CSK' overall success is a lot down to MSD I feel. CSK have overachieved consistently imo which is down to his captaincy. Csk have had some good squads, but making the playoffs every time from 2008-15 (and 18-19 too), with the 5 titles, is a great achievement. Chinna Thala Raina and Fleming's management has also a very important role. But MSD is the IPL goat for me.
PS: He's a wicket keeper batsman, and arguably the best keeper in the league. So the great stumpings, DRS etc. also have an effect, albeit relatively small. But the keeping makes him jump the 6-10 batting imo. The captaincy does the rest.

Fair. I don't rate his captaincy that highly. Surely the best in IPL, not sure how significant a factor it has been to CSK's overall achievements. I always felt the 2 most important people behind the two most successful IPL franchises are the 2 Kiwi head coaches, Wright and Fleming.
But yeah, Dhoni should definitely be Top 10 atleast.
