Thats the least one could expect from Dhawan in an IPL game and on a pitch where even 200 wouldn't guarantee you victory. If not for that bullet throw from Cutting, the game might well have gone down to the wire with either team having a chance.
Yep, that was better from Dhawan Yesterday, but still have my doubts over him in this format these days.I do feel though that Cutting should never bat below Hooda when the slog is on, Ben is such a beast if he is on.

Sunrisers look very good though, so much depth also with the likes of Nabi and Sran waiting in the wings.

Bangalore look to have ignored the fact that bar Chahal they have mediocre Indian bowlers when it comes to transfers. I think they are going to have to think about binning Gayle or even Watson and maybe try and get Badree/Shamsi or Milne in to prop up the bowling.

As bad as that last over was, Dinda has been extremely unlucky today.

Dinda to Buttler, 5 runs, nearly a run-out at the bowler's end. Buttler is lucky. What's more is he'll get four overthrows too. Turns this to short midwicket and sets off for a run, dishes in a full-length dive to get back in.

Dinda to Patel, 1 run, dropped! Oh, dear. Bhatia has made a right royal mess of a straightforward chance. Parthiv slashes, the thick edge flies to third man where Bhatia is hit on the stomach as he looked to grab at that. It got to him much faster than he anticipated.

Dinda to Pollard, no run, dropped. yorker-length delivery outside off, Pollard looks to squeeze this behind point but gets a healthy edge through to Dhoni who fluffs a low chance to his right.

Dinda to Pollard, FOUR, looked to swing this to Mumbai, hit it towards downtown Pune. Thick edge off a slog to the third man boundary

Dinda to HH Pandya, FOUR, thick edge past MS Dhoni's outstretched hands. Into the third man boundary in a couple of nanoseconds. Flew off the blade.

Haha bowling dross like that is a skill.. Even the last ball was a full toss
Dinda is simply not a death bowler. More than him, its the captains that need to understand. Always a bad move to bowl him at the death. He is decent with the new ball and anytime before the 18th over.

Ashok Dinda has just bowled the most expensive final over of an IPL innings - 30 runs. David Hussey and Rahul Shukla have conceded 27-run final overs. Dinda has two 26-run final overs too.
haha poor guy

smith is playing a brilliant innings for MI, just need to make sure not to get him out before 17-18th over.

Indeed! He has consumed a quarter of the balls available for a run-a-ball. That is not anchoring an innings, but putting pressure on his team......
