Sid Trivedi and Sreesanth are green-top bullies making the most of a green-top (watch them run and hide when the pitch is flat), but Rahul Shukla is a better prospect. At his pace, with the movement he's getting, he'd be an India prospect- but he hasn't even finished a season of Ranji. Five seasons of Ranji and five IPLs will give you another prospect, so we'd prefer they wait.
Laxmi Ratan Shukla, on the other hand, is unlucky not to get an India cap when lesser players get more than fifty. Steady seam-up bowling, a very capable batsman who can hit the big shots and also accumulate the big scores, and also fields very well- but misses out because of every selection committee's age bias. He had a good game with the ball, but struggled with the bat. Should bat higher up for KKR. Should play as a regular in place of Rajat Bhatia, since he's a far better batsman in T20s than Bhatia.
KKR have three T20 misfits in the top five itself- Bisla, Kallis and Tiwary. Bisla should be booted out, Kallis, eased out, and Tiwary, playing as a specialist fielder in the bottom five. Morgan should come to three, RTD should be sneaked in at four, when McCullum doesn't play. Unusually, Brett Lee is a T20 specialist who seems to enjoy playing in the IPL.
