Lol, what were Taylor's exact words? I'm fairly certain they're pretty close. They both played together at Bangalore and Dravid sent a text to Taylor when he was vice captain.

Did he say "blame Dravid..."? I thought he said something like "the plan was for Dravid to use up a few balls.....", in response to the question about Shane Watson not opening.

Hmm.. it's not such a surprise anymore. Kallis has turned himself into a very good T20 batsman these days. Was one of the top-scorers in last year's edition.

To be fair he has always kind of been in the 100-115 strike rate range. He gets slightly more than a run a ball 50 most of the time.
