That slower short ball could be a very very effective weapon for someone like Malinga, usually that sort of delivery would bounce harmless over the stumps but his trajectory is obviously a lot lower.

A real carnage. MI always manage to pull such huge one sided victories over the tournament favorites. last time I think it was Rajasthan. Hopefully they can sustain this form.

What can be more inspiring to those youngsters than seeing a 38 yr old, having literally ZILCH to achieve in his career, running like a kitten and hitting out and enjoying his game!! Jayasurya too falls in the same category.

That said, would love to see Abishek Nair back, But satish is a Jonty on field.

Put him on ignore. CC looks far more readable after I do that.
Uncalled for. The whole point of an ignore list is that you ignore the poster in question, and don't bait them with comments like this.

This isn't the first time recently where you've clashed with other posters on the forum, I suggest you think seriously about your posting style or face time in the cooler.

Gambhir pointed out how crucial the home fans would be for his team tonight, even going as far as to say they would be the 12th man, but the crowd's reaction to each run Tendulkar gathered made it sound more like Dadar than Delhi. When Tendulkar clipped three runs, collecting the ball from outside off and working those wrists, the fans showed their appreciation. When he walked down the track and put Farveez Maharoof away for four, they went wild. And when Tendulkar steered a lovely four, opening his hands and placing it past the infield, well that was just what you'd expect from fans of this man. Lalit Modi, the IPL commissioner, had spoken before the first season of how he had envisioned city-based loyalties. That's not going to happen anywhere in India when Tendulkar is batting.

So true.
