It feels like these WI tours exist to help pad the Indians' stats. I wish Cricket Australia did the same.

The same could be said of India's tours to Australia in the recent years. Helps to pad the stats of Indian players. So much so that we are looking forward to tour there every other year now.

We really can't bat in ODI's at the moment.
Having said that King, Bravo and Brooks shouldn;t really be in the side, Evin Lewis, Hety and Pollard make it significantly stronger. Still such an embarresing lack of depth though. India get 2 or 3 absentees and then someone decent replaces them. We end up with hacks.

Fair to say its the West Indies worst format atm?
The commentators picked up on some points. Still no return of a high performance centre, lack of opportunities after school level, 'A' tours, facilities etc and the poor pitches in the Caribbean all contributing to the continued decline of West Indies cricket.

Definitely. It has gone from our best in 2019 to easily our worst now. Something needs to be done to widen the pool of players, we can't be this bad with only 2 or 3 absentees.

High performance centre was a big loss for sure. I also think the under 19s need more opportunities, currently they get no opportunities whilst very average players are kept on by all the territories.

ODI series was boring but the T20 series should be good. Both teams batting deep with the windies having so many batting and bowling options. Apart from the keeper, only King and Cottrell are not all-rounders.

Not a fan of this Indian line up but injuries have ravaged our side anyways.
ONe good thing is that we have lefties at 2, 4 and 6. That is a nice balance which we do not always have.
