Eddie, you seem to be beating the dead whatever. Except you everyone has stopped talking about, but you keep bringing that up.

Yesterday's discussion was not about umpiring, but about JJ's comments on Dhoni being unsporting. No one (Except One Mr. Brian Charles Lara) had any problem with what Umpires decided.
The place has been too quiet in my absence so I thought I'd wake a few people up.

If you check, each reference has been in Mickey-taking mode. I haven't made a serious post for the last two hours (apart from the one about Australians stealing Andrew Flintoff's toast when he was a child, of course. That one was absolutely true).

If India does get fined and Lara doesn't, it will mean outrage among fans and all in some quarters. The victims and stuff.
Yeah, Lara should also get clamped. Regardless of my opinion on the matter, he shouldn't have spoken to the umpires like that.

I would like, 24 hours later, to shed some of the blame for the dispute onto Neil. I distinctly remember in our MSN converstaion his typing "Dhoni has too walk - else he's violating the spirit of the game". He wasn't big enough to stick it on here though...

No, fair enough, my comments were a tad rash, and I didn't fully understand the situation RE the discussion between Dravid and Dhoni, though I still feel he should have walked.

My final words on the matter. 'Nuff said.

What an exciting finish! I've been at work so I check the score from time to time. What a burden on Mohammed to hold!
