I love Kaushal. Easily my favourite young spinner going around now. More control and he'll be a beast. He's so good.Thoughts on Kaushal. I think he will be the best spinner of the world by the time he is 25.
Can't really say right now. Is too raw right now. In a year or two we will know whether he can take the work load of international cricket physically and mentally. The body wear, not every spinner can handle. I would think it's extremely tough on the hands to bowl the way he does. So sustainability is an issue is question mark for me. We will know about that only with time. He can certainly turn the ball a lot and his pitching can keep improving with time. If he adds a bit more to his repertoire, he would be world class. The bounce and sharp turn at rapid speed is some thing not many spinners can boast of. Even Murali's turn wasn't as speedy as this. Murali certainly wasn't bowling no where near as good as this at 22. The first thing for him to do is to work on pitching the ball better. That's what Yasir Shah did in his first year which made so much of a difference to him. It's not that his pitching is terrible, just that he would be far more dangerous with more consistency. Other aspects will keep developing as well. I can see him taking a lot of wickets if he doesn't wear his hands.Thoughts on Kaushal. I think he will be the best spinner of the world by the time he is 25.
They'd be looking at having 10 mins before tea. So yeah, try and get roughly 100 or a touch more in 22-ish overs375 and declare?
