*Official* India in South Africa

Dhoni has not been ugly this innings for most of his scoring shots. His singles and twos are ugly, but his boundaries (especially that defensive shot 4) has been fine.

Still not really a road. It's better for batting now than it has been at any point of the match but there's still a little bit in it. SA have actually bowled pretty poorly in this innings and Dhoni to his credit has been quite good. He's still terrible to watch but despite scoring pretty quickly he's played good, responsible cricket shots.
Holy ****. But seriously, 3 consecutive, big centuries at ridiculous SR's + another 2 on the way in India's innings is pretty 'road' worthy.

Lol. SA batsmen play on it and the bowlers cop a pasting. Now India bat well and it's a road.

Seriously guys, at least be subtle.

It actually is pretty much a road now. The sun's been out for a few days and it's very flat. SA has bowled poorly, India bowled carp. It's a game where a lot of very cheap runs have been scored.

Steyn was still getting a little something out of the wicket I thought. But yeah, it's much easier to bat on now

It's a batsman's average boosting pitch. SA curators usually produce something with a bit more bounce in it. Then again apparently SA is getting good tv money from India so they probably needed a subcontinent type track for it to last the five days.

This Morkel doesn't want Tendulkar to score his century against him, does he? Unplayable bouncers and wides galore!
