*Official* India in South Africa

Yeah, Morkel has been India's nemesis in this ODI series. It would have been more prudent to see him off and attack the others. That said, it is a bit hard to blame someone who brought us into the match from absolutely nowhere.
Yeah I completely agree, he played really well, so proud of him. Just a bit upset I guess that Pathan would get out during the Pathan Play. It's like Kallis no longer playing Kallisball :-O

Uthappa didn't struggle at number 7 though. He actually played quite a few knocks that got us close/ won us games from that position. He was dropped because the likes of Pathan, Jadeja and Nohit Sharma were being given chances.

Anyway very close series. Really disappointed by our batsmen bar Patel and Yusuf.

Because his bowlers were better, which he had nothing to do with, really..
It's true, and Marsh didn't know what he had to do to win. But Yusuf had a pretty good idea and didn't get there. That matters, for me. Playing brilliantly to almost get the job done doesn't get you anything more than failing miserably does.

So by that logic, wasn't Yuvraj's 50 at Durban better than Pathan's innings today?

Thinking about it, I know India have done well to win two games this series, but if I were Indian I'd be seriously worried about the batting. They've collapsed horribly in all five games, and the only two performing batsmen have only just come into the side.
