Also, wonder how @Apex Predator feels about Phelukwayo since he hates trundlers. Phelukwayo is the biggest trundlers of them all, no speed but still damn effective. Like bowlers who find ways to be effective despite their limitations.

I don't hate trundlers.. Phelukwayo is a batting A/R as well. That's a utility player. Unlikely to bowl 10 overs or be used with new ball or even a first change bowler. He is role specific.

I do hate to see trundler who can't swing/seam but bowl with the new ball in ODIs. I love watching Tim Southee bowl as he is excellent with the new ball despite lacking pace.
Love watching David Willey as well. Such a utility player & gets good swing.

However modern day cricket is so evolved that you gotta have attacking bowlers up front. Gun wrist spinner in middle overs & a pace bowling A/R don't mind a trundler here.
