He actually regularly opens the bowling for his teams. Atleast that was the trend in ipl.

If Saffers can't get Dhawan out cheaply then this game is done... Guy wasn't able to buy a run in domestic cricket ffs.

As bad as he was but always better than Chahal. Whenever both play he usually outbowls him. Chahal was taken to cleaners in Australia & at home against WI. Kuldeep did reasonably well.
Bishnoi is superior to both of em by some margin. Guy is first choice pick in IPl teams now.

There's also possibly less pressure on him. If he does get carted then the rest of the bowlers have got plenty of time to pull things back. So it's worth a go to sneak in some overs from the sixth bowler.
