Also Kohli's lack of back foot stroke play is clearly visible. He is tied down.. Knows he can't cover drive everything & perish in the process. Sachin never had such issues nor Dravid. Both of em had extensive back foot game & SRT was too good in judging the length.

That was more off a top edge.. I am not talking about his ability to hook or pull. He has let go several balls that were ripe for a square cut or a backfoot punch. He is already committed on the front foot with his long strides.
