Don't know how Pandya's batting will go on subcontinent-type slow, low pitches. Looking at his career so far, it seems he doesn't mind bounce and the ball coming on to the bat. Could be useful for us in Australia next year.

India well in this especially with sa's short batting line up.
Great test so far, very enjoyable for a neutral. Would set up an epic series if India won the first Test.
They literally have four world class bowlers despite steyns injury.

That's handy. SA have given us a few freebies down legside today. Many weren't even put away.

He’ll average 10.

If India win this match, we're all going to look back on this current Indian team with a bit more romance.

Really loving India's approach to this test. They were great with the ball, and then Pujara & Rohit put in some hard yards at the crease before Pandya capitalised. India will probably end up behind the 8-ball once this first innings is done and dusted, but if Bhuvi & co. can get those Protea wickets tumbling in the 3rd innings, we're in for a treat.

This is quality trolling.

(and no, I'm not referring to Burgey's efforts in this thread)

He probably won't be in the squad after failing in england with bat and ball.
Nah, he’ll smash a hundred in the test squad selection trials (previously known as ODIs) in England after the tests and waltz in.
