"Philander's method is really pretty simple. Bowl it around off at a decent pace, wobble it a bit both ways, repeat. Worked well enough for Glenn McGrath, I suppose."

Off Cricinfo. McGrath never seemed like a "wobbler" though and he was certainly quicker than Philander in the early days. Hard to quantify but Philander does seem to have a gentler trajectory.

Well, one of them (probably Dravid) seems to have noticed something, and now their background chatter has made me curious as to what it is.
Oh sorry, thought you thought there was a serious issue and that they were not discussing it.

Dravid mentioned the wide stance, but that's about it.

McGrath was taller too.

India's 3-6 is similar to India as the Cummins/Starc/Pattinson trio is for Australia, although obviously from a batting sense. Just so much hope and faith put on them, and their names have been discussed for a number of years as the future of the nation. Quite funny.

As I've said many times though, would gladly trade two of them for Pattinson

Why do commentators not understand that sometimes a batsman is annoyed at themselves and not the decision?

Did not expected Dhoni to last longer. Hope Ashwin and Rahane can string up a partnership
