Definitely not out. No question about it. The ball is flat on the grass - the fingers are BEHIND the ball, not completely under it.

Frankly, if it weren't Tendulkar taking it, it would've been referred.

The very tip of Tendulkar's finger was bleeding. Meaning that the ball definitely hit ground. And Sachin would definitely have known that it did.
