I think CdG is worth persevering with at 4. He's had a good record there since being there permanently, averaging 26.88 at 155. Most destructive batsman we have when he gets going imo.

From adversity come good things. The BC's will be back. 2020 will be a massive year. Could see new captains for different formats at times (permanent role), fresh faces, new and more aggressive tactics. Although to be honest, our batting hasn't been enjoyable to watch in ODI's since 2016 (Mccullum's team). That team was fun to watch. Had openers, accumulators, finishers. Our T20 batting is great though.

Another thought, can't we try chasing at eden park for once in a t20? From recent memory we always bat first, make a huge score, and still lose.

Honestly it's a joke. Should be $40 for a standard seat and maybe $60 for something fancy i that exists. I got an email from NZC with some supporters discount early bird thing and it was still $74. Ugh.

Imagine a family of four wanting to watch a game? It's priced at $91.60 for adults and kids 22.50 You'll have to fork out $220 for a family of four. Besides the game starts at 8 p.m Kids will snooze off. Meanwhile ticket cost for Wellington game is about $71.50 for an adult and $15 for kids. Mount is $60 and $11

This for 4 hours of cricket starting at 8 p.m Anything more than $40 for a T20 game there's bound to be small crowd.

Why is there so much parity in pricing between regions?

5 day pass for test match is $150 and day pass is $50 for the weekend.

It was the same prices when England toured NZ, and it’s the same when Australia come for T20s in March.

NZ Cricket are just greedy bastards who don’t understand that growing the game is a better idea than gouging and driving away the few existing fans.

nz xi centurion from the last game jack boyle got out cheap today not taking a spinner seriously. swept onto his own stumps by the looks.
