After all that though, India really need to look at their chasing mentality so far in this series, they're not playing on pitches you can chase 10 an over from 20 out on when the ball is starting to wear and you've lost wickets. You need to be closer to the run rate throughout the innings.

I don't know about that. We've chased down in similar fashion overseas too, not just in India

They chased 10rpo for ages here, they just couldn't do 12rpo. It got that high because Kohli hit a pie to mid on.

It all starts at the top, the margin's with which we are losing are not massive, a better contribution from the top in terms of the number of runs score would help a lot. Can't expect Dhoni and Kohli to do it for us all the time.
