***Official*** India in England

Normally this is indeed limited to UK users...but who cares.

Rain break now. Must be Scotland. Too bad, was interested in seeing Chawla bowl.

Haha, thanks!

(I'm pretty sure this is supposed to be blocked to Norwegian IPs, but I don't care. :D Cricket!)
Nice find Manee.
Thanks.

India are really missing an express bowler to force the pace of the match, Scotland can easily manipulate the bowlers on this slow pitch. They will likely accumilate 200 or so if India do not take any quick wickets.

These two picking it up quite nicely. Rain seems to have helped the ball come on a bit and slide over the outfield a little quicker (still a very slow outfield).

Bah, looks like I missed the Scotland innings. How was Munaf bowling, can anyone tell me? Was his pace back up again?

No it wasn't. To be honest, it did not seem as if he was trying to bowl fast, he wasn't really bending his back. He got the odd ball to move off the seam stupidly, but that is about it.

Very long run-up though. Or is that normal? *ignorance showing off here*

It was a very good chase. They bared the brunt of the new ball defensively, and then slowly opened up and hit quick runs before slowing down when a few wickets went to ease past the target. Even better was how well Gambhir and Uthappa played together, the ODI future opening pair?
