Re his age - that's true. He's been mentioned as potentially the next big thing for at least a couple of years now, so I guess I was surprised when pretty much the entire England first choice attack fell over injured and he still didn't get a game. I've not seen much of either Tremlett or Broad, but would it be fair to say that Broad's style is more likely to be successful outside of England?

He was in the squad I believe.

Both are tall fast-mediums with genuine pace (ignore Tremlett's cricinfo profile he's not medium fast). I don't know an awful lot about Broad but Tremlett doesn't simply rely on seaming conditions.

It depends where outside of England, I doubt either would be successful in India but Tremlett does get late swing and with his hight can cause problems on any pitch that bounces.
