Yeah I've said this for a while. He plays behind his pads plenty of times in an attempt to play late and it almost seems as if his hands are sometimes too soft. I get that he's trying to ensure edges don't go to hand, but it just doesn't work if he does it so often.

It does work when it comes to letting balls go because he plays close to his body and so his leaving is a lot better than Kohli's, but when the ball is directed to him and he has no choice but to actually put his bat down and stop the ball he's a bit tentative and that's why he gets bowled more than he should.
