There are quite a few decent number 11's out there.

Malinga (though does play higher than Fernando quite often, and usually Murali too), Jeetan Patel and Stuart Clark to name just a few.

It's not how, it's how many, particularly when you are an 11. Might get found out when trying to save a match but probably wont have to do that too often
