India's spinners just not used to bowling in unhelpful conditions tbh. They had no idea what to do.

Really makes you appreciate how good Nathan Lyon really is

They are used to it tbh.. ODI wickets in India have more than their fair share of roads.

...why did long on stay back?
Irrational captaincy by Dhoni during the last 10 overs or so. Especially when Maxwell got out maximum pressure should have been applied rather than let the game drift.

Lol what? Indian spinners bowl on more ODI roads than Lyon does. And not just because he doesn't play ODIs.

Lyon would have been **** on today on that track

very disappointed in Ashwin's figures. hope it was more good batting rather than poor bowling?

he was pretty mediocre. lot of short ****
wac. he's been going on about the kookaburra being good, performing well in australia in the last tour plus world cup and in general giving us fans confidence that he'll play well everywhere. better not make us taste it.

There was nothing in the pitch for the spinners at all. but man did Ashwin ever send down some pies. The only balls he bowled that weren't too straight were way too short instead. If he bowled anywhere near as well as he has lately I think India could've defended that, flat pitch and all.
