In fairness Smith wasn't captain in the Haddin incident. When Starc was involved in that ball-throwing incident earlier this summer Smith gave him a strong rebuke.

Yeah, and national cricket teams aren't amorphous blobs of people who all think exactly the same thing.

Haddin giving someone a send-off doesn't make Smith a hypocrite when Smith says he doesn't like send-offs, just because they both wear yellow shirts. If Smith had been the one carrying on like a twit at Grant Elliott, then sure, it certainly is hypocrisy.

Fair enough then.

Point still stands though, given the **** NZ copped when they appealed for Obstructing the Field the other day, since Martin Guptill apparently isn't allowed to appeal as a result of some comments Brendon McCullum made. Simply because they both wear black shirts.

It's the usual rubbish from the Australian team about "the line" and all these rules about what's allowed in sledging and what isn't, that they make up as they go along.

Yeah, Indian fans feel this the most when (some) players and fans get lumped in with the BCCI's stance on DRS

Smith and Kohli are both ****s. The only difference is that one of them is our **** and the other is yours. None of them deserve the TPC label.

I always thought that's what the C in TPC stood for anyway

not sure why people care tbh, if he scores runs what's the big deal. Kohli is > Tendulkar IMO despite being on complete opposite ends of the c**tiness scale
