One particular highlight was when one (Warne?) when mental about the DRS and insisted that ICC makes it mandatory and India should toe the line. I prefer more neutral commentary and am surprised by how 'Aussie' the commentary is on Sky Sports.

I think it makes sense to pick someone like Hazlewood or Pattinson in Brisbane and Melbourne. Harris maintains good line and length so maybe they can go all out from the other end.

Nah, give Lyon some credit here. Beat him in flight, spin and bounce.

The two aren't mutually exclusive FFS. The batsman can be unlucky, that doesn't mean Lyon hasn't been excellent.

Genuine question: Does ICC currently pay for all the DRS equipment and general cost related to it? I was under the impression that they put it up to the broadcasters / Individual boards to pay the costs.
