Well, tbf, I had picked the exact same side straight after the MCG draw... except that I had Akshar instead of Rohit. Still hope to God it is not some form of Kohli bravura of backing Rohit over Pujara or dropping Dhawan coz of their altercation... If even a little bit of that report from fox is true, we are ****ed as a team for the next 3 years....


I still would like to think it was a performance based decision and performance wise, IMO, both were deserving the chop... Dunno why Rohit made it back though. Would have surely paid Akshar Patel over him and would have also had Ishant instead of Shami. Does look like they are exposing more of their first choice ODI XI, though God knows for what reason..
